Winning an award is a unique experience, something you will certainly remember. What did the winners of UK Complaints Handling Awards 2018 have to say about this?

The duo from New Day was obviously both surprised and excited about winning!

More than icing on the cake – a cherry on the top.

The representative of Virgin Money UK have had a hard time describing the feeling, but it certainly was absolutely amazing. 

One of the important thing to note was, when asked about her team supporting company’s representatives at the event, she simply replied with: We’ve done them proud.
