Who We Are

Organising 12 Awards Programmes in the UK, UAE, Netherlands and Turkey, we give much-deserved recognition to outstanding business initiatives.

We believe winning awards creates real possibilities for personal and professional growth, and this is something we want to share throughout the world.

The conference-style structure of our awards, in which finalists present their entries on the same day as the awards ceremony, makes them highly educational and inspirational experiences for everyone involved.

Our main office is located in Stevenage, UK, with other offices in Serbia and Dubai, and a representatives in Northern Ireland and Turkey.

How We Started

Our CEO Neil Skehel met Don Hales, organiser of several well-known business awards, in 1996. They launched Awards International together in 2008.

Since then, the company has been focused on delivering world-class awards experiences around the globe.

Why We’re Different

We’re a specialist awards company, meaning all of our efforts and expertise go into running the events that matter to you. Our Awards Consultants can answer any question you might have, and everybody – no matter where they finish in the Awards – receives a detailed Feedback Report that can help them refine their strategy going forward.

Our awards are primarily organised by types of Experience – customer, digital, employee and so on – meaning a diverse range of influential companies are in attendance. This cross-sector nature of our Awards leads to a cross-fertilisation of business knowledge, where companies can learn best practice from other industries alongside networking with professionals from their own.

When it comes to judging, we pride ourselves on the fairness and transparency of our criteria, which have been endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, as well as our team of independent judges. We firmly believe that entries should know how they’re being assessed, so our criteria are available online. In recognition of the fairness and integrity we stand for, the Independent Awards Standards Council has given each of our awards the Gold Trust Mark – their highest endorsement.
