Mike Collins is Senior Digital Learning / LX / UX Specialist at River Island. Mike joined River Island in late 2017 after working for RBS for 10 years winning numerous awards for the work he has been involved in. More recently Mike worked for CIPD training provider DPG plc, specialising in social & collaborative working and developing L&D qualifications. Mike brings a unique mix of commercial thinking and an analytical approach to his work but his passion for developing fantastic user experiences sits at the heart of his work at River Island.
